Please note: Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or for special-order items. We will notify you of any delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Supplier Direct Fulfillment

Many of our products ship directly from our trusted supplier partners. This allows us to:

Large or Heavy Items

  • Signature and inspection upon delivery required

P.O. Boxes

  • P.O. Boxes: Available for small items only. Large or heavy items cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

Delivery Issues

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you didn't receive it:

  2. Verify the delivery address on your order
  3. Contact the carrier directly
  4. Reach out to our customer service team within 7 days

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Note any damage on the delivery receipt if possible
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will file a claim and arrange for replacement or refund

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. If you need to update your address:

  • Contact us immediately if the order hasn't shipped
  • Address changes after shipment may incur additional fees
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
